Israeli PM Naftali Bennett announced Israel will surround itself with a “laser wall”, a new way to intercept missiles. Bennett added the “laser wall” will be unveiled within a year in southern Israel during a security conference on February 1. The Israeli PM also acknowledged that its Iron Dome defence system is too expensive.

Laser weapon system is good but everyone should remember it has its limitations as well, it is not an almighty like what everyone makes it to be. I just wonder how effective it is against far more advance missiles like hypersonic.

I would love to see the laser actualy take out an incoming misisle. I have yet to see such a thing. Slow moving drone vs fast moving missile. Bit of a differnence, however Crux did it again with the background msuic, nice :)

Factors-

Positive - very low cost per shot, more accurate

Negative - high upfront capital especially with higher power, distance limitations, single object of engagement disadvantage, and thermal bloom of laser susceptible to weather conditions.

My suggestion - keep the iron dome as necessary. But just be nicer and help each other find love and peace. Just start giving love unconditionally and internationally. Lead the way.
