Finding common ground can create powerful connections

Finding 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒐𝒏 𝒈𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅 can create powerful connections, even with people who seem very different from us. 

Despite their different views on the subconscious, Erickson and Hull got along really well. Why? They both had polio, which created a 𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒒𝒖𝒆 𝒃𝒐𝒏𝒅. This is key when working with a client or just interacting with people.
