Once you have the front of the vehicle jacked up and secured with jack stands, how easy or difficult is it too jack up the rear of the vehicle for having to rotate all the tires for example?

On my 08 Ford Ranger I was told there are no solid parts on the frame to put the jack points. So if I jack up the front via the cross-member, can I then put the two jacks slightly to each side of the cross-member?

You forgot to chock your rear wheels in your video. It's part of safely jacking up your vehicle. Never rely on your transmission in park use the parking brake. You should delete this video and make a proper video on how to jack up a vehicle safely using the pins in a jack stand if available and chocking wheels.

I just set a few retaining wall bricks under my vehicles once jacked up. Way safer imo.

shouldnt you rock the vehicle when youre not underneath it? Imagine if you rock it and it slips.

I have a Ford F-250 ext cab 2x2 truck. I was using a 3 ton from harbor fright but I can not get it high enough . The 3 ton jack stand are not high enough. What can I do?
