Not everyone who gets into medical school has a perfect application. Today, I'd like you to join me as we walk through part 1 of my #AMCAS application. In this video, you'll be able to see my #MCAT, #GPA, trends, AMCAS tips, and lessons I've learned along the way as I reveal the struggles and obstacles that appeared on my med school application.
MY VIDEO REFLECTS MY EXPERIENCE. Just because something worked out for me... doesn't mean that it will necessarily work out for you and vice versa. Use this video as a resource as you pave your own path and land that #acceptance to #MedicalSchool!

I really love helping ya'll and hearing about your amazing journeys. However, as a medical student, my schedule can no longer accommodate all of the DMs and requests for meetings. My hope is that these videos are enough to help you along this journey... but I understand that this may not be enough for everyone. If you would like a 1:1 session with me please 𝐈𝐧𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐲 𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐯𝐢𝐚:

𝐖𝐇𝐎 𝐈𝐒 𝐀𝐒𝐇𝐄𝐄𝐓𝐎𝐒?
I am a runway-loving, salsa-dancing, and ugly-crying gal medical student who aspires to one day become a physician. I became the first person in my family to graduate from college when I got a degree in Women's Gender and Sexuality Studies from Emory University in 2018. I mainly post videos on my journey to medicine and what I've learned along the way... but occasionally, you'll see modeling, hair, or DIY slime videos. I love to engage with ya'll... so drop a comment so that I know it's real, hit that like button if you feel so inclined, and don't forget to subscribe to my channel :)

This kind of complete honesty and truthfulness will help a lot of people from an old doctor

Love this! I find it so interesting that you have such a strong writing background and sociological sciences background, but your highest score was in chem/physics! Neato how that stuff happens. Good work!

Sis, this is very encouraging. Thank you for being vulnerable about all of this. ❤

This might sound trite, but you are truly an inspiration. As a nontraditional student, my journey has had its share of challenges and detours, yet I remain confident that the path to becoming a doctor is still within reach. Thank you so much.😀

Honestly, it's the people who aren't sharing that talk the most stuff 🙄. Anyway looking forward to seeing the next video and hearing about your acceptances. 😌

I am so happy and proud of you for getting so many acceptances and interviews. Also wanted to say thanks for taking the time out to make these videos and share about your journey. I feel really encouraged. One question did you use any application assistance programs? They are so expensive.

Quick question, For transcripts do they want the physical copies? Or do you just have them available so you can enter them in yourself?
