1. I will put my phone on the other side of the room so that I have to get up out of bed in order to turn off my alarm tomorrow morning
2. I will leave some water near my phone so that I can hydrate immediately following getting out of bed
3. I will prepare for tomorrow tonight: clothes laid out, a bath towel, as well as prepare my cereal (pour it in the bowl, with yoghurt added, & leave it in the fridge) so that these things are as quick & easy for me to execute & complete when I get up
4. when my alarm goes off at the time specified in my newly & reasonably designed morning ritual, I will:
-drink water
-grab the towel & have a quick shower
-dress, & eat while going over my journal
5. I will then meditate using my new Headspace subscription before going to work

1. I will wake up to my alarm tommorw without pressing snooze a millon times

2. I will workout at 1:30 pm for atleast 30 minutes EVERY SINGLE DAY this summer

3. I will practice basketball for a hour every single day this summer

4. I will be better than a certain someone

1. Work on my confidence daily because I hate being so shy with strangers so I will talk every time I'm shy to talk and try new different things
2.Improve myself in English by watching YouTube videos in English daily
3.Wake up early at about 7 am to finish all my tasks from studying and homework
4.Start a new habit which is reading about 5 pages of a book everyday before sleeping
5.Start taking a computer course but I planned to do it in the holidays to be free to learn everything I need
6.Go to the Gym but only on Thursdays as I'm busy on the other weekdays
7. Want to make a YouTube channel but still hesitated about it
8.I really want to be successful besides being successful at school so I'm trying to learn as much as I can about different things but don't know what else to do to become the well-known successful person I want to be

Thank you so much. You have no idea how much of a difference this have on me. I know you won't see this comment but it doesn't matter, what matters is how much positive impact this video change me from a bad procrastinator to a guy who is really motivated. I am now my 3rd day of exercising which I hadn't done for 4 & 1/2 years. And again, thank you.

I will start doing homework starting today, every day, at least 2-3 hours the moment I arrive home.
I will start doing workout for at least an hour, in the evening starting today, three times a week.
I will start working on the company I want to start-up, starting today for at least thirty minutes.
I will start reading the books I kept on my shelves, for a year already, starting from tomorrow.
And I will continue watching Improvement Pill's videos because they give me the proper motivation to do things.
(Now, I will write on a paper the things I typed over here)
