Fun fact, you can see these yellow dots while doing this mission with aliens in human form, mission where you have to put c4 and jump out

I discovered something new this day in this game. If you play on PC and if you have numpad on your keyboard you can see some keys on the numpad has arrows. With this if you hold any of such keys and move your mouse at the same time while CJ is on foot(such as standing still) you can see his head turns to the direction you move. Try that out.

I only knew about the entrance from Los Santos Gym, with help of jetpack.
Can you please let me know if there's any oyher way to enter via entrance you mentioned. Like without the mod. Any in game cheat?

Boy, i was using the jetpack to get there and holes in the map back on ps2. You could use the jetpack cheat inside the gym and fly up and you could find a door cone
