How to Forward Selective Emails from Gmail

Thanks for putting this together; very helpful. Now, how is it that we can have those 'auto' forwarded emails appear in our Sent folders? For me, messages that are auto forwarded DO NOT appear in my sent folder. If I were to manually forward the email, it WOULD appear in my Sent folder. Thank you again.

Hello Goldy - You made that very simple, but is there a way to forward emails filtered by the time they are received. I would like emails received during closed hours to be forwarded to another address but emails received during open hours to not be forwarded.

I’ve been trying to use multiple keywords (or numbers in my case) in the forwarding filter but it’s not working. I used the method in your video example (1234 or 4567) and it doesn’t seem to work. Is it due to it being numbers and not words?

You don't need to go to the "Forwarding and POP" tab. You can enter the forwarding email directly into the filter when you create it. Also, does anyone know why forwarded emails set up in a filter don't have "FWD" as a prefix?
