After following the steps in the video, I still saw all the emails in the chain (coming after the one email I designated). However, I rectified it by highlighting all the emails in the chain I didn't want to send and deleted them. Worked like a charm!

Gmail is the worst. It still forward the entire chain. You can't even forward an attachment without downloading it first then reattaching it.

When I forward the mail you can see all the previous discussion. Is there a way to delete it or to show only some of it?

I was revved up to call this the stupidest video in history. But OMG, how wrong I was.
I proceeded to try to forward one email selected in the inbox. Then, from 2 messages selected, thinking that the catch was "a Single Email" as the vid title. I couldn't do it. Could not. And I am a highly advanced gmail user and a developer.
Yes, I could from a [single item] opened message but even that button is stupidly all the way at the bottom. Jeezuss
