The reason Quantum computers are fake, has nothing to do with a documentary, but everything to do with the fact that they are 100% FAKE.

Quantum computing smells like grant money flimflam. The burden is on the industry to prove it, yet the very concept of quantum computing is predicated on the data state itself being utterly unobservable. Stated differently, "just trust me bro."

They just wrapped Thread Ripper into that dummy box and have used some coding language that forces you to implement ECS and determinism (no allocations during runtime with memory mapping). Unity have shown how effective ECS is comparing to the OOP (standard approach in development) + their own compiler + multithreading. You can easily get x1m performance increase for any calculations. Basically this way we utilize cpu cache memory and the larger it is - the more stuff can be processed at the same time. Maybe that "quantum" cpu has really a lot of it and maybe it is a bit faster then with others consumer class cpu's.

Agree. Quantum mean in this case - only kind of new coprocessor that can handle special complex calculation. It will help handle many incomming technology. But it works on 1 or 0 principles. Like and our dual universe do. So the quantum - is not exectly truthfully.

Quantum computers are essentially parallelism taken to the extreme possible ... well not like that ... but they are actually opening up to the optimization of this.
I give a trivial example, take a labyrinth, and scan the path, making the same operation repeat cyclically until the solution is found it will take a certain amount of time and cycles until the solution is found.
Have 10 algorithms run parallel at the same time, we will have the solution in less time, this is the "concrete" principle that brings advantage ...
Then it is called "quantum" because at the atomic level it exploits "the influence of the spin of the atom" which can become positive or negative depending on the attraction - polarization and hence "the quantum computer" ... well .. it is more than anything else a forced need that is emerging, that of exploiting what currently causes errors in advantage, since the more you get to microscopic construction levels the less you can control the flow of atoms without that "inductive currents" influence the correct one operation.
therefore the attempt is intuitive: why not turn this defect into an advantage?
To do this, you have to rightly rethink the computation methods .. And with the superposition you have to act by "probability" instead of by bit and precise results on and off ... in reality I think that all this media tam tam on quantum computing is to stimulate the minds to think of possible solutions in a completely "crazy" world like that of quantum physics .. and I would say that in non-direct ways the results begin to be seen, especially in the extreme and optimized parallelism, in the new way of building chips, fpga, tensor cores etc, in machine learning, artificial intelligence and neural networks ... in practice more results are emerging in classical computing, inspired by finding solutions on quantum mechanics, than on real quantum computers.
