To sign a document on iPhone, you can use markups.

First, find the email and click on the attachment that you need to sign.

You’ll see a markup icon on the bottom of the page.

Tap the plus sign and choose signature from the list.

You can sign your name here using your finger.
You can drag your signature and place it on the right part of the document.

You can press save and then choose to reply all or create a new email with the attached, signed document.

You can also save it to your files.

And it's that easy to sign a document on iPhone.

I clicked on the PDF attachment, in a yahoo email. But when I open the document, there’s no buttons to push.
