The video is straight forward and the process appears easy.
I was sent a document and i wanted to view it before speaking with my lawyer BUT before you can view you MUST agree to "Using Electronic Records and Signatures". I don't understand why this agreement exists (and if my lawyer didn't want to do this i am compelled to do this ? in my case the seller's lawyer has "weasel words" saying you can elect to opt out of electronic records).
Secondly it appears you can print the document BUT you don't know if you are printing one page or a Forest of Pages, wouldn't it be nice to have a "page count" upfront.
