I was on my way to buy some snacks when I clicked on this. Then decided I’ve already got what I need in my pantry. 👍🏽

I have made some goals to help me work toward financial freedom!! They are: 1. Put my bank card in my savings jar so I don’t use it and only use the money I pull out for my week, for one month. 2. To stop buying things from an all around store for one month and only shop at a grocery store to eliminate shopping for things I don’t need, for one month. 3. To stop buying things when I go to help out my aunt with her shopping, for one month. So I can develop better habits for spending or not spending money!! I did manage to put my bank card in my savings jar for around 5 months which helped tremendously!! Oh and to also not use the vending machine at my workplace for one month!! Yay!! So happy to have goals!

One of the two most important things - money - not taught in schools!!
Second most important thing - how to choose a partner.

I think that emergency funds should be more than a 1000... it should be at least 6 months of someone expenses... great video, love the "minimalist" movie you did...

I have traded with a lot of individuals but have never come across anyone as good as Mary Johnson, just by applying her strategies i now trade independently... She is the best I would advise any, in investing to trade with her.

I spent 80 dollars per month on groceries. My goal is cut it to 60 per month. No debt since 2016.💟💟💟

Nice and simple, just how I like videos to be!
One tip I'd throw in is try and save up to buy yearly memberships and contracts. I even have a separate savings account which I top up every month that I take my yearly purchases out of. It may be only 10 or 20% off your gym membership for example, but it all adds up!

My parents taught me how to deal with money. I never had any debt besides the mortgage of our house. I will teach my children the same. My husband and I worked out a budget from the beginning. List all the expenses of a year like insurance, carfuel, taxes, ... divide to one month look what you earn. If the balance is negative you have to ajust. In our budget there are also positions like holidays, emergency and bills for dentist etc. We go over this budget every time something changes, so at least once a year.

Having a written budget (we do use Every Dollar) has made a HUGE difference in our financial life. Saving is sooo much easier when you know what you have to work with. It has almost become a game to see if we can beat our monthly savings goal. Deciding what we want to spend in each category and having that knowledge at our fingertips has given us much more control, but also much more freedom. Only regret is that we didn’t do this decades ago.

I'm Brazilian. I use the videos about minimalism to train my English listening. I speak Portuguese natively.

Thank you Ryan. I’m trying my best to get closer to that goal each week. The encouragement is helpful. It seems like such a uphill battle but I’m slowly but surly getting there. As always you And Josh keep up the good work. This is exactly what we all need to hear in such trying and stressful times at this time.
