That’s so true Chelsea we should be teaching our kids from very little LOA I’m glad you taught your son. Nice Video but I have a suggestion for the Doctor.
He should recommend how much Vitamin D3 he takes, same with Omega 3. Plus, what probiotic does he recommend.
Wish he would give more details.
Plus, I was surprised he doesn't mention taking K2 with the D3.

1st two I agree, Probiotics I am not so sure maybe tentative, ie on and off(*) to supplement your gut health.
* ie Finish 1 bottle and then lay off for a while and take again after some time.
