I was looking this type of videos because I don´t want to stress out too much to fight against too toxic, less exercise, bad sleep, bad posture, too much electricity, too much computers and sit down, too little water, not enough green vegetables etc. I have always been interested to taking care of yourself...and I have done that. But now I have start feeling tired like the simple ways I was used to start forgetting and it has become more must do this and that...like profession, science.So I want to go back in my mind and methods make it part of you...because when you follow healthy life style and you become tired stress out and it took so much your time...it doesnt make sense.Apple a day keeps doctor away. 30 minutes walking in fresh air is good for you...same morning movements (when you get older flexibility) and evening strecth helps to fall asleep...Morning I drink water or lemon water empty stomach then eat fruit...later breakfast. So I believe small habits and special moments like Sunday morning banana pancake and blueberry muffins are balanced diet :) cold glass of milk or fresh squeeze juice are good but mainly drinking water and eating lot of water contain vegetables/berries/fruits...I would like to have simple answers like natural nature suppliments if you cannot eat so widely healthy all around the year...Dark season winter season my appetite is not good...I need to force myself to eat...warm light season is natural to eat more healthier. Porridge is what I try to hold on and seed bread on winter season. Thumbs uo for everyone who are looking ways of making (again) taking care of your health easier and fun...part of your daily/weekly/monthly routine.

I will make simple list of my favorites (both I like and healthy quite healthy choice)foods... I would love to eat steady around a day but it is too challenging so I concentrate good breakfast / good snack / good diner/ light evening snack :) making lists for shop and cooking week list helps to relax...I only choose things I like...drink water between eating...eating slowly :) taking small dessert about daily like fruit/berry curd...chocolate porridge, peanut butter yam bread...ice tea or coffee...yogurt bananas...I prefer these more than sweet...so make sure I will make them...I am subway bread eater do it at home...same goes pizzas, tortillas, hamburgers I prefer on weekends/once in a while do them at home...they taste better...I can use more side salads etc. People who likes or are hooked on fast food try step by step cut it down...change it more healthier direction...you don´t need totally to cut it off...you can instead of ordering whole meal take only hamburger...and from hamburger you can change subway´s more healthier choices or do it yourself. Also one of the best hungry stays away snack is natural yogurt brazilian nuts and banana or blueberries (there are many good choices...just find the ones you like). Coke and chocolate bar you can start cutting down from big size to smaller one...replace it with healthier choice or start taking seldom like 1 week every second day then after few week every 3. day well you got the point...if you stop is immediately...side effect sugar cutting off are horrible...so slowly replacing things...you can even add your eating with healthy stuff so you dont feel hunger...choose salad breads, egg tuna salads, porridges, home foods etc. Start taking fruits, berries with yogurt etc. Same system works with exercise start slowly...find ways it is simple to do or more fun...what ever motivates you...give yourself good feedback, dont demand too fast changes, you can keep breaks, relax day(s) but then continue again doing something healthy at least go to sleep 30 minutes before...walk around a block with your dog...play sport video games with your family..go to swim or gym after that buy ice coffee or tea with your friend...thumbs up you can do it...be your own personal trainer...motivator...best friend...because you are worth good health and happy spirit!
