Funniest thing is knowing that many top high school football teams before even my Mom was born (mid 60s), it was expected that players had to take both ballet and choir to get on the team. The former taught good body mechanics and flexibility while the later taught breath support and lung endurance. It's shame that basic concept isn't still held as it would significantly improve the health of players.
