That’s so interesting. I have issues with freeze response at college right now. It’s a learning curve to understand the freeze response.

Can someone point me to more information on the ability to talk and how it relates to emotional neglect and or trauma. I've had an issue with my voice all my life, but after a breakdown I turned basically mute. I'm searching and searching for answers to that specific problem.
