Celestial Fig tree that was in a pot for years was planted in the ground and declined in health. After digging up the fruit tree, I then realized how root bound the tree was, in this video I will demonstrate how to fix a root bound plant to hopefully reverse the effects of being in a pot for years. Here in the urban garden, USDA Zone 9b.

I read somewhere ( sorry i don't remember the source) that planting them in square holes helps to direct the roots away and not wrap round the root ball too. Much blessings :)
