In this video I will show you how to repot or transplant your over grown Aloe Vera pups. This includes soil type, pot type, and basic care. If your Aloe Vera Plant is getting too top heavy for the pot then this video will help! Aloe Vera care requires the proper draining soil and a pot with drainage holes. As for watering, make sure your soil dries completely before giving your plant more water!

This was the best aloe repotting video I've ever seen. I've watched many videos on the subject because most leave so many unanswered questions but your video was informative and complete (as far as I can tell)! I've never seen the process of cutting off the leaning stem and pulling the bottom leaves. Thank you very much!

Came here looking for info to save my Old Man Aloe from college in 1986. He has spawned dozens of kids I gave away as gifts to friends. The root was about 4 ft long.
Thanks for the tips. Great job.

I know its been two years… But your video just saved my 6 year old aloe that has been root bound in a 5 gallon bucked! I had 10 big girls all in that one pot! Great video

For anyone who is trying to make your aloe Vera root here is how to do it:.
1.cut the dead roots (if you have them)
2. Cut the stem to the length you want.
3.let the cuts dry (if you don't and plant it directly you will end up with a decomposing squishy aloe Vera)
4.once dried plant it in soil (in a well draining pot)
5.water it only once a week for the first two weeks.

I have myself tried this and trust me now mashallah my aloe Vera plant has beautiful roots

Dude! This video saved me (and my aloe vera plant named "Professor Prickles").

I was tearing my brain out trying to force myself to get through other aloe vera repotting videos (they're so bad!), but your video is so incredibly well presented and properly technical (in the way I appreciate the most.)

I wish everyone made instructional videos like you made this one! Straight to the point and not drawn out. You have a new subscriber. Thank you!

Thank you so much for this guide. I was too afraid to just go at it without proper guidance. It's my first plant and it's survived 3 years and I'm so proud of my baby!

I watched a couple videos before this one on the same subject. I found your video informative but not over talked. Many are too long winded about leading up to the subject but yours actually seems to get to the topic without loosing my attention. Thank you for your information and it being presented in a good way.

Man I love your videos so much. Very informative but also I feel like you’re personally talking to me and helping me with my plants. Like we’re just two buds hanging out and swapping plant tips

Thank you very much for this very informative video! I was recently gifted an Aloe Vera plant from a senior citizen who went into a Seniors home. I have learned from you how to divide this plant! I got 9 plants out of the one very cramped pot! I plan to take a photo of them to show her how well her plant is doing! Thanks again!

Thank you, that's the best compared to the rest that never tell you the soil mix. ❤

I was so sad after giving up my cat a year or two ago, so I decided to buy a bunch of aloe plants and now they’re growing up so well I need to repot like all of them I think I’ll have at least 12 different aloes so this was very very helpful thank you

We have the offspring of an Aloe we picked in Florida, 45 years ago. We have given away pieces over the years and we have 3 huge plants now and thank you for the well done video how to clean it up because it’s heading across the table.

I love how clearly you communicated this. My plant looks much happier now.

Thank you for this video, it's exactly what I needed! My aloe had about 4 inches of bare stem on most of the individual plants! I literally have to lay it against the window because it doesn't carry it's own weight at all anymore. Now all 5 pieces have been trimmed way down and waiting for calluses to form. Can't wait to replant them and have my old gal back to her former glory :)

This video is amazing, thank you. It makes me feel so much more confident in handling my aloe plants

Yes! Thank you! This answered all the questions! Great job. Btw, I tried the "water propagation" technique and it totally worked. My aloe hasn't been watered in FOREVER. The leaves we're starting to thin out, so I figured I'd give it a try before repotting. Wah-lah, plump leaves! Ready for the dirt!!!

Thank you. Good video. I watched many aloe videos years ago and nobody ever mentioned the pot size. If only I knew this I wouldn’t have over 50 pups now because I decided to plant a group of 3 aloe veras into a huge pot together thinking they would grow bigger but instead there was an explosion of pups. 🤣 Time to juice and freeze some pulp then!

This was so helpful! Thanks! My aloe is a neglected "monster", so seeing how you prepared your
bigger plant is just what I needed to see! I hope all your "plant children" are doing great! Peggy
