Mark Zuckerberg calls for stronger internet regulation

Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg published an op-ed in the Washington Post calling for internet regulations in four key areas: harmful content, election integrity, privacy and data portability. This call for regulators to set standards for what counts as terrorist propaganda or inappropriate content so that private companies do not have to set those standards is a departure from what Zuckerberg has said on regulation in the past. CNBC's Julia Boorstin reports.
