Chester himself has been quoted as saying that Linkin Park is "Mike's band" and that there wouldn't even be any Linkin Park songs without Mike writing them. So to suggest that Chester would want Mike to stop making Linkin Park music is ridiculous.

As a true fan of Linkin Park I say give Emily a chance. Remember everybody deserves a second chance to redeem themselves. She apologized for her past mistakes. It should be about the music and only the music the band makes. People need to realize that the band was more than just Chester. Nobody can sound like Chester he was unique however they honor him is to really listen to the music and remember that band already existed before Chester came into the fold. They trusted their insticts and accepted Chester to be their lead singer and so true fans should the bands decision to carry on. I personally believe Chester would not wanted this to distract from the music. Emily may have skeletons in her closet but who doesn't really now adays. The music should be the focus not this woke nonsence of outing her. As far as I am concerned this worst offender is Chester's on son his online bullying of the bands decision shows he had no respect for the band thinking that his dad was only real important member of the band. The band has every right to continue I can't wait to hear the rest of tracks of the new album after hearing their new single "the emptiness machine". Emily you have my support as true fan of Linkin Park. Mike and fellow members you made the right decision and I glad you are supporting Emily considering all the backlash.

I won’t lie I don’t quite know how to feel about Linkin Park continuing, but if Mike Shinoda and the guys are okay with it then who the fuck am I to question it.

Don’t go in expecting old school LP bangers. It was foolish to expect that when Chester was still alive, it’s even dumber to expect it now. Here’s hoping they start putting out new fire
