You should use those DS temperature sensor probes for accurate temp measurement...the non contact temp IR sensor simply reflects off the metal instead of sensing it's temperature, unless you're keeping it nearly perpendicular.. it's inaccurate!

Hola he visto algo curioso en tu montaje, veo que pones pasta termica por los dos lados, tanto el que va a emitir frio, como el que va a disipar el calor, es que estoy teniendo problemas con una vinoteca que no me enfria los suficiente, cambie la celda peltier, sin estar rota, pero por precaucion y sigue sin enfriar, los voltajes estan correctos, todo funciona pero es como si no llegaa suficiente frio al disipador de del lado interior, No he puesto pasta termica por el lado del frio
