Screen recording is very helpful when users, especially vloggers, are giving a tutorial on their PC or Mac. In Filmora, it's even easier as it automatically imports the recorded footage into Filmora when users finish recording. So they can start editing your screen recording footage right away.

How to record your computer screen in Filmora (0:40):
- When you have installed version 6.8, open the software and click Record in the media library.
- In the drop-down menu, select PC screen, and a pop-up will show up for you to choose the screen size and other settings. If you want to hear a mouse click sound effect or highlight your cursor, you can change them in the settings.
- When you finish recording, press F9 or click the Stop button to stop. Your screen recording footage will be imported into Filmora automatically and saved in the default folder.

Please try the screen recording feature in version 6.8 and let us know what you think. The version 6.8 will be available on Nov 24.

Hi Filmora, when every time I finish record the screen, the mouse is out of the line, which mean, when I recording, the mouse is pointing export, when finish recording, the recorded clip mouse is pointed other place, can teach me to how solve it ? I recorded using Filmora but I realized the arrow was in the middle of the screen during the recording after it finished as I thought the arrow was not captured once the screen goes into full video mode. Do I need to re-record once more or is there a feature that can remove the arrow digitally?

I could see this being a great replacement for more expensive screencasting software like Camtasia. Can you record your screen and a webcam simultaneously like Camtasia?
