I feared that your voice would not be a good match for the song (as often happens in covers). I have never been so happy to be wrong in my entire life. The second I heard you hit that first stanza I started to cry from how beautiful your voice is and how masterfully you performed the song. I am very partial to this song because of its ties to my favourite series of books and you stayed truthful to its elegance, beauty, and playfulness that rivals, if not surpasses the original. Thank you for creating something this beautiful and please never stop singing.

If I hadn't read the books I would have thought this cover to be absolutely stunning. However she sings as she doesn't know the connection of the song to the book. And that's what I love about the song in the first place. When Nightwish performs this they know the story. And thus showing in in performance.

In truth, the fact that Nightwish decided to write an perform a song in tribute to the Edema Ruh is extremely bold. If you know the books you would know everything must be perfectly performed with all the emotion that comes with it.

She sung this song beautifully. But without the emotion of the song's meaning.
