Joining me for another great Form Friday is my brother completely hamming up a 1990 workout motif. Facedown Ys are a common shoulder strengthening and rehab exercise but one that’s incredibly hard to get right. Finding the sweet spot for intensity vs cheaters taking over can take some work. ⁣

Brilliant exercise, Sarah. I found the Tumble Form roll 5" diameter worked better than the Yoga block. Yoga block too hard on skull. I believe this exercise will solve deep cervical issue I have had for some time. Many thanks.
