You of all people in the world don't have to apologise about your heritage, not everyone of every race is bad or good. You are a very kind, considerate, caring and loving person. This was very interesting Yasuko. Thank you! I make my drink using different bases, i.e. herbal tea, lemon water (I like it warm (not hot) in the mornings), smoothies, etc. Also, I do use local raw unpasteurized honey. I never heat it. Also good in healing small wounds like scrapes, abrasions and burns (1st degree only), thus the backing of honey soothing a sore throat. Always try to obtain local honey, as that is what will be your best natural defences against pollens and histamines in the area you live; it will strengthen your immune system to tolerate the area you live in. Hope that makes sense. I haven't felt a huge difference with this golden elixir for inflammation on my mom or me yet, but here's a side note for when you need to hike and exert extra muscles for whatever reason--use under-the-tongue Arnica Montana 30x. I wished you could have had them on your vacay hike. Heals the body of any tissue exertion or injury, including bruises very quickly. Quite often, taken before a hike or heavy exertion, you do not experience any soreness at all. Please look into. I carry them with me always. God's little healing pill. Ja matta! ⚘💕

Honey is superfood 😁 i get my honey from a local one-hive-only producers, her beehive is in deep forest. That honey is raw and non filtered and very delicious.. but im looking forward to get my own bees some day 🐝🐝🐝
