I have issues but a lot of time i lose balance and fall. I've froze on the stairs several times too. I find it harder when I get embarrassed or feel embarassed.

Have you walked with trekking poles? I have found that it helps me keep a steady gate.

If you count example 1 2 3 4 out loud or to your self you will move / I was a bad freezer and had Parkinson for 6 years

FOG is the worse! I read professionals are trying to upgrade DBS and will be able to get rid of freezing. Have you heard the same?

A friend if mine uses a laser pointer to step over. It's an illusion to his mind to step over.
