DUDE I can't thank you enough. My whole system got bugged. First it booted up with terminal on screen with no buttons, there was no desktop my cursor was "x", I had only one workspace even tho I set it to be 3, an top of that it was all in lower resolution. I spent like 3 hours fixing it and I did something that made it usable enough, but now this got it all back to normal.
