Hey man!
Around 2-3 months ago I decided I wanted to start playing piano seriously.
I looked for a good YouTube channel, and crossed by yours.
At the time you were with only 2k, and I usually only trust channels with at least 100k, but I said I'd give it a try.
After a few videos, I understood that the only reason you didn't have so many subscribers was that you weren't noticed yet.
Sure enough, every few days I saw your subs go up by a few hundreds.
The reason I'm saying all this was because I wanted to thank you. First, for all of the content. I've learned so much. You teach step-by-step, go into depth at times and give an overview over piano, theory and music.
Second, because the way your channel grew, inspired me to keep putting content on YouTube even though right now I don't see the growth.
If someone puts out quality content, and takes the right steps, eventually he'll get noticed and grow.
Thanks again for all the lessons!
Have a great day:)

I'm nearly at the end of this but I'm gonna watch this at least 2 more times. This is such a brilliant video, I love how calming and reassuring your voice is as well. This is gonna be one of your biggest videos I think. A lot went into it. Even all the overlays and camera angles, it's all work, it's all EXTRA, and you didn't need to do it but you did. Thank you xxx

This is an excellent overview of the skills I need to learn. It’s a bit overwhelming, but hopefully I will learn it in focussed practice. Your enthusiasm and love for what you are doing is very motivating. Thanks!

This is a great video for musicians. I'm a saxophonist🎷 who is currently studying music 🎶 theory on the piano 🎹. Your approach will help me over all. Thanks for all you do. 👍🏾🎶🎹

Hi PFS,
I started learning as an adult eight years ago. I took private lessons up to ABRSM grade 3 classical style but the teacher, despite asking her, taught nothing of improvisation or freeing yourself from sheet music, she just seemed keen on getting people through the grades, so I gave up.
Looking around YouTube for piano lessons aimed at adults returning to play after a break I stumbled upon yours, and I'm glad I did!
Although aimed at beginners your lessons are everything I wish I'd had when I first started.
So much so I have decided to sign up on Patreon and kind of reboot myself back into playing.
Looking forward to more.

Your videos are really helpful! Thank you so much! 🙂
I would like you to make a video about reading sheet music (not the notes but everything else is happening) and about how to proper use the sustain petal.

Yup, Do not practice until you get it right, but practice until you do not get it wrong
Great advise!

Another great video! All tips are absolutely spot on! Although, I think I'm still too much of a 'beginner', to take advantage of them all....yet!
Not only great tips but also very comforting. They make you feel like you're not the only person who finds a certain thing difficult, or takes a long time to understand something. Thanks so much for the help 😊👍

This is by far the most valuable video I've seen for people who have been playing for a while and want to get an idea of where they are and where they should go next. Although I haven't mastered everything in this video yet, I'm looking forward for some kind of sequel to this video. The quality of your channel is insane, man, i really enjoy everything you put out and am very grateful for your hard work and willingness to share!
Cheers!

101 tips all at once is too much for me, but I will definitely come back to this video a few times more to take in all that you teach us. Thanks!
