John doe from Se7en does actually appear several times before his full reveal in the police station - he poses as the photographer outside the Sloth victim's apartment and attacks Mills when tracked to his own apartment. Still, massively impactful entrance and worthy of a mention

The fact that Peter Stormare's incredible turn as Lucifer from the underappreciated "Constantine" didn't make this list is criminal!

King Richard - both the Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves (Sean Connery) and Robin Hood: Men in Tights (Patrick Stewart). They each show up for the wedding at the end of their respective movies and steal the show.

John Doe was actually seen several times in the background during the movie. You just don’t realize it the first time you watch it.

John Doe does appear briefly before the final scene where he gives himself up. The detectives go back to one of the crime scenes and they run into John Doe there, resulting in a chase. We, as the audience, dont know the identity of the person at the time, but it is the first appearance of the character.

A nice rundown but I'm amazed that the English voiceover doesn't know that Ralph Fiennes pronounces his name RAFE.

Lost count of how many times these videos get cutt off at the end.
Either sack the editor or pay them more !

Look... I enjoyed the list, BUT... you need to put an outro at the end of these videos. This is not only just lazy and unprofessional but it actually cuts off in the middle of you speaking at the end! 😑😑

John Doe IS seen. At least twice before he walks into the police HQ. When they show up at his front door and when he’s pretending to be a photographer on the stairwell.

At the time, the build up, expectations and top billing of Marlon Brando's Kurtz almost singlehandedly inhibited Apocalypse Now's reception, as it was met with divisive critique and only a pair of trophies. Can't help but think had they gone the Seven route, and left the role as a surprise, the film would have been contemporarily regarded as even more of an absolute classic. But alas, a different time, and all the gelato in Italy could probably not convince Brando to be on board with that notion.
