I've been watching Daddy Jack's videos for months because he is a fine cook. He does so many things so well. Far more important though is that Jack is a fine human being. I watch a lot of YT cooking videos but Daddy Jack's is the only channel where during every video my mouth waters. What a wonderful chef. Such a legacy he has left us.

What a joy watching Jack. I cook as many of his recipes as possible. My wife yells at me “you don’t measure nothing how can you do that?” I say the captain never does so I don’t either. Haven’t had one complaint about the food!! Thanks Jack. RIP.

I spent many days in New London working on communications on the roof of the Mohecian Hotel. I packed my lunch and enjoyed the many times I saw a sub going by.
