The plan area is easy to figure out. The Construction Master just makes it easier. But the surface area of a pitched roof takes some more math tricks. So, to make it easier, here's how it works on the calculator.

1️⃣ Once you have entered plan area, enter the pitch or slope and push PITCH.
2️⃣ Push CONV then DIAG for the pitched area.

After that, if you want the amount of roofing materials calculated, just keep pushing DIAG 👍.
