How Long Can You Survive With The New Quincy Buff? BTD6 / Bloons TD 6 - Quincy got a buff so now I have to do the 1 hero challenge to see how much further he can get on his own. The answer may shock you.

Well, it's an improvement I guess. I got some more Quincy challenges coming soon, so look out for that (assuming I can beat it, they're quite hard to say the least...)

i think the idea of heroes having 2 upgrade paths is really good! like, you have to choose one of the 2 paths, when you place your hero! for example:

Quincy: one sniper like path, where he can aim all over the map but shoots slower etc. and one crossbow like path where he has limited range, but crit chances and faster attack speed and higher pierce

Striker: One support path to support ALL military monkeys but his attacks are nearly non existend and one path where he is only on the offensive side, but has zero support...

Gwen: one path, where she is a damagedealer as she is right now and one path, where she is kinda like a roadway blocker with her cocktails (for example her standart attack is more weak, but she gains like 3--5 more abilitys like the molly but with different effects like slowing the bloons, damaging them over time, popped bloons leave a blob of molten bloons behind which even more hurts bloons passing it and so on)

the voodoo monkey (forgot how to spell her name xD): one path can kinda be like an alch path, where she buffs and supports the monkeys around her with her dark magic, but is low in attack and the other one can be a DoT path like it is right now, but only a little bit stronger

Pat: one path can be the brawler like he is right now and the other one could be something like a roadblocker, where pat stops a certain ammount of bloons in his path per round and support the monkeys around him more.. (I mean... he is LITERALY a wall! :D)


obyn: one path could be a magic monkey support path and low damage and the other one could be druid like path, where he is more focused on attacks and loses his support powers

churchyl: one path could be an artillery one like a fusion of mortar and 0-3-0 sub as an supporter with variouse effects and the other one could be like it is now bbut slightly more powerfull and maybe to change his main attack from these fast firing shells into biggest one like and more slowly firing.. i mean he is a freaking tank overall..! :D

and last but not least benjamin: one path could give him the abbility to generate more money through 5-x-x farms and/or merchant ships and the other one banks just like now but he has to be more efficient to really challenge the other heroes in usefullness in my opinion :D

Did you know that Quincy can be affordable on all modes, including Impoppable Mode?

You know what they should be done? They should ve made Quincys explisove arrow bounce from bloon to bloon similarly to the splodey darts upgrade from btd5. And reduced cool down on his abilities.

I think that as a buff to Quincy, they should up his attack speed a lot, and double his projectile speed.

You say that Quincy's Level 3 ability had its duration buffed, but he's had that since soft release. They say that Churchill's is like Quincy's because they changed Churchill's Level 3 to act like Quincy's always has.

Quincy really needs an attack speed buff. That's all he really needs to be allright.

Quincy only improved himself by two rounds. Two rounds!

Also ISAB: I don't know if Lots More Darts gives pierce, but I shouldnt get it just to save some cash

Funny enough, Quincy's Rocket Arrows are both a good upgrade AND a bad. When fired, they don't have the normal bouncing arrows that do better dps for spread bloons. Plus the rockets don't hurt Zebras or Blacks at all, which can make one shot entirely useless if you're not lucky.

If Quincy were to get actual buffs, a decent one would be to make the rocket arrows also have normal bouncing arrows under them, making it a good upgrade that, for every 3 shots, gives you a better boost in damage from before without sacrificing zebra popping power.

He'd need quite a few buffs to go alongside it, but it'd be one of the first few buffs of many to make him not absolutely worthless in every way possible.
