Same here with the toothpaste, Luke! Every once in a while or if u have discolored teeth u can do it a lot, but u can also brush with coconut oil and it is all natural and u can eat it and it will whiten ur teeth if u do it consistently for a long period of time and u have free white teeth! 😁
