How To Disable Speech Recognition Feature in Windows 11 With 3 Basic Method
In Windows 11, dictation has been updated and renamed as voice typing. Like dictation, voice typing uses online speech recognition technologies to power its speech-to-text transcription service. You no longer need to turn on the Online Speech recognition setting to use voice typing.
In this video i show you the three easy basic method on computer how to disable speech recognition.

To control speech recognition here's some steps:
1. Do one of the following: In Windows 10, go to Start , Settings , Privacy , Speech.
In Windows 11, go to Start , Settings , Privacy & security , Speech.
2. Change the Online speech recognition, setting to On or Off.

Thank you for pointing out the Control Panel - Speech Recognition - Advanced speech options that is EXACTLY the piece that I was missing. I think that having Windows Speech Recognition come up with the computer is a bug. Once I turn it off it should also stop running at start up, but it doesn't. Thank you so much!!!
