Grilled vegetables Salad
Ingredients
Potatoes. 3 medium
Capsicum. 1/2
Green beans. 7-8
Carrot. 1 small
Egg plant. 3
Salt. 1/2
Cut above vegetables in any shape you like.
Sprinkle half a tea spoon of salt and grill or bake them.
Dressing
Oil. 2 Tbsp
Soya sauce. 2 Tbsp
Salt. 1/2 tsp
Mustard paste. 2 tsp
Dried thyme. 1 tsp
Paprika flakes. 1/2 tsp

Egg & veg salad
Ingredients
Cucumber. 1 medium
Lettuce. 1 cup
Tomato. 1 medium
Capsicum. 1/2
Fresh Green beans. 7-8
Hard boiled y. 2

Dressing
Oil 2 Tbsp
Salt. 1/2 tsp
Black pepper. 1/2 tsp
Dried Rosemary. 1/2 tsp
Vinegar. 1 Tbsp
Chopped mint. 1/2 cup
Egg yolk ( boiled). 2
