It's a crash for cash scam claiming for whiplash happens a lot in the UK. The cam car should of stopped but the audi driver had no reason to stop.

Need to remember these dash cams look further away than they actually are. Cammer could’ve been a lot closer to the Audi and didn’t have as much time as we thought

No matter what, you cant stop in the middle of the road. Only exception is something block it and it did not. So hope the cam driver dont get nothing cause brake checking is completely wrong and trying to make them pay is right

How people can put blame on the cam car is beyond me, audi driver overtakes on the wrong side of the road, comes back into the correct lane braking as you'd expect, at this point he was going faster than the cam car for the overtake but after a short breaking period he is now going the same speed as the cam car but is actively braking. This is when the cam cars proper braking window begins, however as the audi approaches the parked lorry he absolutely slams the brakes for nothing. So to recap he is going slightly slower at that point after going in such a hurry he needed to overtake and then slams on the brakes to cause a collision on purpose, 100% an insurance scam. We also dont know what make and model the cam car is, as we're comparing the braking power of an audi to it thats very important, as is the tyre condition etc.
