Y'all, I've figured it out after researching lots of things!:
1. Open Messenger.
2. Open Settings.
3. Click on Privacy & Settings.
4. Click on Message Storage under End to End Encryption.
5. Turn OFF Secure Storage.
I haven't been having anymore problems! 🙏
