When I try to connect my Phantom 3 prof. to IPhone 5 the window (2:42) doesnt pop up. Why is that? All connections work!!!

I just bought my phantom 3 standard and I cant get either app on my cell phone the pilot app or the dji go app but I can get the dji vision and several other dji apps like dji fc40 app my phantom 3 will be here Monday is that going to be a problem that I cant get that pilot app?

The is no USB plug  that size on the quadcopter only the small one like the iPhone.  So what else should I do?

Have you updated to the newest firmware 1.1.9? I just updated mine and the controller is saying it can upgrade it to the same or older firmware, however, I have never updated it with the 1.1.9 firmware.Have you had similar issue? Any ideas?

First of all thanks for the great videos. .I have the p3 advanced and my recordings come out choppy when I play them back .. Not only that, the test results seem to stay on the card no matter how many times I delete it after an update.  .Can't figure out why. Any idea?

Do you guys by chance have a E300 2212 / 920kv CW I can buy, just maybe, please ? Looks as though I will never hear anything from DJI on warranty . Now I have five motors I cant use and a F550 that has never been in the air . HELP ! PLEASE !

Question,
I flew my phantom 3 today (flies amazingly well) and filmed in 4k. When I went and played the video, which looks amazing, it was choppy. I think that my computer even though it is new with the i7 processor, can't handle the intensive load of 4k. What do you recommend for being able to play 4k videos?

Justin.... Hello I have a problem with my Tablet 7-inch Samsung TAB4 .... I have installed 3 times the DJI Pilot and can not see the camera image ... everything else works fine ... the steps to make it work also did ... or USB debugging (On) and CONNECT as Camara (PTP) enabled ... and nothing ... right now I have my newly formatted with tablet only application installed .. . NOTHING ... I have the Phantom 3 Professional and this with firmware v1.1.8 ... Also I have an iPad and iPhone and function without any problem ... I can help and guide me ... a hug and thanks
