Hi Amy, thanks for this video. I recently moved my art studio from my basement to a seldom used room on the 2nd floor of my townhouse condo. The natural light is amazing, but I also find my Canvas light great for spotlighting my art table. I'm still settling into the space, and your suggestions are very helpful in this process. Thanks for opening the world of art to me.

I love your art studio Amy, thanks for sharing it! I'm using my daughter's old bedroom and you're right about clutter. It's something I need to reign in and remember to not fill in every spot in the room, just because it's available.🙃

Thanks for the inspiration Amy! I'm just beginning this art journey (I recently retired!). Right now I'm at my dining room table 🥴I recently purchased a small 3 tier cart on wheels which has been helpful. Not a whole lot of supplies...YET! Hoping to move into an extra bedroom as soon as one of my kids move out, but for now, the dining room table will have to do! The important part is I am trying to prioritize doing something creative at least once a day 🫶🖌🎨

Thanks for sharing this video, Amy. I've recently dedicated a space in my home to art, craft and creativity. At the moment, I am repurposing some old furniture for the space and, when finished, it will allow me to organise and store my art supplies.

Thanks for the sneak peek into your studio. Always lovely to see what can be done, and to be reminded. And so pleased we didn’t disturb the sweet sleeping doggie.

Thanks Amy, that was lovely and interesting to see your studio and workspace.
I rely on portable art spaces as I am always on the move. I have a kit in the kitchen/diner and one in my handbag. That’s enough for now. The rest on my art supplies sit on ikea shelves like yours.

I love it. I work in a combination home office/creative studio. Most of my supplies are in an IKEA cart or an antique wardrobe next to my desk, but I'm still figuring out how to best organize. I have some baskets in the wardrobe, but I've been shifting stuff around until I find what's right for me. I may have to get some of those shelves for the closet, though.

I’ve been looking for a camera mount like your ring light on Amazon, but I don’t know what it’s called. A girlfriend said it was easy to do up close shots by pulling it down with one hand. I have a gooseneck mount on a clip, but it has to be clipped to a bookshelf above my table, so it’s good for far away filming, and then my husband bought me another one, but if I want to move it higher or lower, I have to stop and unscrew the whole thing with two hands, adjust it and then try to remember where I stopped, so I can start in the right spot again on my camera. Frustrating! 🤨 please tell me, so I can find the right one. Thank you.
