An updated video of your Albion’s autumn/winter kit, 😻

This needs a full video! I have so many questions from this. Does the suspension stem really help reducing your fatigue in long road rides? What about suspension seatpost and does that work with a saddle bag? That does not look like a lot of food for 300k, do you always resupply or bring your own? Only electrolytes in the bottle, no carbs/sugar? I am looking to buy aero bars and bike lights for night riding, please your recommendations!

Thanks for all the great content and good luck at TCR!

Albion 4 life! Pretty expensive but it does the trick 🎉

Ik fiets ook lange stukken maar dan met de Bakfiets (75kg), meestal tussen de 30 en 100 km, wat voldoende zwaar is ;-)

My furthest ride was 120km and I had excruciating cramps in my quads and calf muscles at the finish. Maybe I shouldn’t have tried to sprint the whole way 😊

When doing the same round 300km IJsselmeer like you do. I have my road bike, no special bar or stem. A backpack with a camel bag, and a triathlon toptube bag. Two 800ml bidons and food Two stops along the way.
Average 30.5 kph
