Fist of all thank you!!
This was my first attempt and i am thankful because i had hardly 15 -20 days for preparation (as that was the possible slot available for me)and i was very frantic and lost, since all the other sites i visited made me more and more anxious and left me confused .Thankfully i came across your site about 4 days prior to my exam and followed the same instructions in my writing tasks.

I was initially skeptical because your lessons were easy to understand, in contrast to other sites which said using complicated terms and sentences to get a decent score.I used neither of them and i think i scored pretty decent .

My score below:

reading 8.0
speaking 6.5
writing 7.0

Overall band 7.5

General test
Overall Band: 8.0
Listening: 9.0
Reading: 8.5
Writing: 7.0
Speaking: 8.0

I thought of contesting the writing score (I believed that was my strongest suite) as I had a target of hitting Band 9 but I'll manage this.

Thank you Liz for all the material you provide freely. I took the test with one week's preparation. Mostly my preparation was based on your videos and the material on the website. It proved to be more than enough for me. I gave my exam today and i did very well. Hopefully, by the next week result will be out and i will share it here.

I got an overall band 9 (speaking 9 writing 9 reading 8.5 listening 8.5) ....it was mainly to apply for medical licensing for physicians, but I wanted to know if anyone has any clue about the Canadian immigration process, and whether a higher score equals to a higher chance with immigration application approval. Not that I want to move to Canada, but this Trump guy is NUTS...:\.
