Oh man does this ring true. I keep going into rooms to do things and then just stand there confused wondering what I was doing. I also keep losing words in the middle of speaking. It’s embarrassing and frustrating.

I wanted to cry when I read the list of things I forget. I look like I'm ok but

So true! Don't Did I lock the car? I forgot to turn off the water! Where is the avocado (insert anything here!) that I took out of the fridge? (2 days later, I still can't find it!), explaining to people over the phone for appointments that yes the reason I'm asking again is because I forgot again, asking a friend what I just said and clarifying exactly what I said to see if it matches what I meant....the list goes on. Even after 25 years now.
