If you like Tomo’s teaching style you may want to check out his series of lessons called Guitar Wisdom. It is an incredible value and full of really great lessons from absolute beginner to advanced. It literally costs only a few dollars for access and the content is so valuable. Having access to a teacher like Tomo is a great gift.

Tomo You don´t know and can't realize How good and pleasant is hearing you name the notes, not the Anglo-Saxon musical notation system, but like all Hispanic Americans learn them, the old-fashioned way, do re mi fa etc, etc

Whoever's at the PR or Marketing department for D'Addario better get a raise. They're killing it with this new Sound Advice series and who they're choosing to teach us. Really appreciate it too, thank you so much!

I’ve been working on this for a few weeks now and I have one question - Why isn’t this one of the first lessons taught to beginners? With as few as 2 shapes you can play ALL of the major and minor chords.

It took sooo much work to be able to play F and Bm (and C) just so I could strum a few songs.

I love this lesson. Being able to jump from open chords to a few top string triads has added so much to my playing. At least to my ear it has.

Thank you for this lesson. Been singing solfege as im going through the top 3 string inversions from nut to 12 fret. stumbling a bit. Just gotta keep at it. Usually can practice well a couple times a week. Also working on the jazz blues chords, and chromatic scale exercise. Thank you for these lessons.

The lesson is fantastic, I watch every video that I can get time for, I’m playing as much as I can, you inspire me to learn and try new things . I’m your new biggest secret super fan and student. What your doing here is the biggest help I’ve always had to learn guitar on my own with limited resources, now here I’m blown away with how fluid your playing is, I’m studying intently and know your lessons are the right fit for me!!! Thank you so much for making these videos
