Just bought a Himalayan, just because Yammie told me not too. I like it.

This isn't a bike review, it's a spec sheet analysis. A book report.

I've actually ridden one, I actually own one for 2 years now travelling 1000's of miles, I think I qualify to make a review on a IT'S BLOODY BRILLIANT! the end!

Itchy Boots rode one for 36000 KM, with no issues, onroad and offroad. That's enough of a review for most people to decide if it's any good or not.

I’ve owned dozens of motorcycles. I own a Himalayan. I smile when I ride it. It is what it is.

The irony in someone "reviewing" a motorcycle without ever having ridden it.

"We are spoiled and have higher wages compared to india and can buy expensive bikes..." well that sums up your opinion perfectly. We need the hands-on review of RE not personal bank statements..

Great job running those numbers and making huge statements like "ITS BAAAD" without ever leaving your house lol

So in the end the hima sucks cos it's slow, simple and inexpensive. Took you 12 minutes to summarize why I bought it and why I made 41k km on mine while working. Cool!

Enfield has sold more bikes alone in india than Harley all over the world .

That does it. I'm buying one. If this frigwad hates it, it's probably a pretty good bike.

This is the kind of guy who test rides a bike in his head looking at a spec sheet.

I have 2 Himalayans for over 2 yrs, I can honestly say they are solid bikes that I take to Big Bend Texas for off road riding and they do well in the dirt and road. They have good torque and climb well, these clowns dont know what they are talking about.

Was never a Royal Enfield fan. Last month i went out on a solo trip to ladakh/kashmir (Himalayas), rented out an himalayan there and fell in love with it. It's almost perfect for terrain and also economical. I came back with so much respect for Royal Enfield for giving me such an amazing partner in my journey.
