Even as a royalist I think its old fashioned to bow or curtsy a good hand shake from the head of state will do.

Wow, so much work. As an American I'm so glad we fought that revolution.

"You could look like a boeing 747"
"You could end up going right down, and you're not going to come back up"

That sounds too specific. I bet there is an experience he can't forget.

Isn’t the curtsy done with the right foot behind the left. Kate did left foot behind the right.
Meghan’s curtsy was a bit deeper than Kate’s as a new comer she did well.

Even if I were a subject of the Crown, this is one thing I feel should be ditched. The Royals have no real power anymore. I’d be OK with keeping them for tradition’s sake, but the whole curtsey and whatnot is just outdated. What if I make a faux pas? Am I going to be sent to have my head chopped off? Will I be exiled? Hung in Piccadilly Circus with a sign that reads “Shame”? I’m sure the Royals won’t be offended (and if they are, it’s a sign that they’ve been adored far too long and it’s gotten to their heads).
