Supposedly I should get 4, 700 mg of potassium everyday. I'm on a keto diet and I don't know how much potassium yet but it's not 4700. I'm an ultra runner and I sweat by the gallon. Two questions how come I'm not dead? And how come I come in first place in my age group?

I don't supplement with them either my Intake of vitamins goes up to 300-400% of the RDA everyday except iron I get that just enough from my diet.

Doctor…. I have tried absolutely everything. I’m on carnivore now for approximately 2 months. I’m struggling with severe Gout.
I started a carnivore YouTube channel called carnivore James. But I have no idea what I’m doing yet. Just want to share how it’s changing my health.
I had blood panels and it showed stage 2 kidney disease.
Went on carnivore and since then had bloodwork again and kidney are now perfect levels.
But I can’t figure out why I’m still having gout.
I also lost a bunch of weight. I’m 6’2 and 175 lbs now.
I don’t know what else to do. It’s crippling me tbh.
I’m desperate for help.
If I have to keep living like this then I’d rather not live . It’s not a good quality of life.
I Also make myself walk 5-8 miles per day when I’m not hurting and gym 5 days per week.
I’m desperately trying everything.
Maybe I just need to accept this is my life but not ready to give up

I am OMAD & carnivore in my 66. How can you be without potassium and magnesium is a mistery for me. But it explains why you look ten years older than your legal age.
