I agree, Dr. Kiltz, movement over exercise. Natural movement, playing with your children, your pets, getting outside, jumping, hiking, swimming, biking, etc.

Weight lifting/resistance training needs to be non-negotiable. No matter how healthy you are, you won't outrun a true predator.
