13 minutes of high frequency sound to Raise your Frequency

Beloved sisters and brothers of Light,

In this video, I played the singing bowls quite gently while employing several key Minor Triads and Intervals to induce feelings of calmness and relaxation.
Since we can only raise our frequency after we purify our bodies ( on all levels), I introduced some dissonance to trigger release and purification ( for the higher chakras).
This is followed by harmonising intervals to fill up our bodies ( on all levels) with harmonious sounds and angelic qualities that we are open to receive.

Then we rise up in our light body and merge with the highest aspect of ourselves and complete the session with the powerful Monadic Affirmation.
