I disagree with the AP haters. By the same logic, no one should listen to anything by AC/DC after 1980 (because of new singer) and every other band that continued on without original members. in my view, as long as the spirit of the music and unique sound is still there, they have every right to continue on without SP. Either way, its a dead issue, been talked about for way too long.

I like AP. Steve Perry is a one and only voice in my book. But the band has moved on. Just like when Sammy Hagar sings an old Van Halen song - Dave's was the best, but I am still loving it. Listen to the Tokyo 1980 concert of this song - no one can replace Steve Perry. But others can sure sing it well!
