How Microwaves REALLY Work!

If you are still confused think of it like this…

Think of a microwave as a mini "vibration amplifier." It sends out waves that make water molecules shake back and forth quickly. This shaking creates friction, which heats up your food. So, instead of heating from the outside like a stove, a microwave excites the water molecules throughout the food all at once, making it heat up from the inside out.

Fun Fact, did you know that if you microwave water just a little too long, it can get “superheated” beyond its boiling point without actually bubbling! When this happens, even the tiniest disturbance can cause the water to erupt in a dangerous burst of steam!

Wait... so theoretically you wouldn't be able to heat food that's been fully dehydrated/dessicated in a microwave⁉️🤔
